🍽 Support Southwold School Over Dinner!
Join the Southwold Cougars community for a special fundraiser dinner at Chuck’s Roadhouse in St. Thomas (877 Talbot Street) on Sunday, June 22nd from 5–8 PM.Please let your server know you’re there for the fundraiser, and a percentage of your net food and non-alcoholic beverage sales will be donated to Southwold School.

🧠 The Working Mind: Mental Health Training for the Workplace
Join an empowering, full-day workshop hosted by Nancy Lawrence Consulting to help reduce stigma and promote mental wellness in the workplace. This in-person session, created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada, is designed to build stronger teams and healthier workplace cultures.
