Mortgage with Brad — Weekly Mortgage Minute 🏡

For My Self-Employed Friends & Business Owners

I know firsthand how hard you work to build your business — the late nights, the juggling act, and the endless to-do lists. But I also know that when it comes time to buy a home or refinance, the process can feel… impossible.

Banks often don’t see the whole picture. They look at numbers on a page, not the person behind the business. And that can leave a lot of incredible business owners feeling like homeownership is out of reach.

That’s why I put together a free Self-Employed Mortgage Guide. It walks you through the most significant challenges business owners face when applying for a mortgage and the real solutions that can make approval possible.

Whether you’re a freelancer, contractor, incorporated professional, or small business owner, there are options — even if the bank has said no.

You’ve worked hard to build your business. Let’s make sure your mortgage works just as hard for you.
